I joined Motional as a product designer on AV experience team where I worked on an end-to-end rider experience for our self-driving vehicles, improving in-cabin communication especially when a help is needed and there's no one in the vehicle. I've also collaborated with our partners, Lyft and Uber, to align on features and timelines.

Then I joined a Fleet team where I focused on tools that managed vehicles, operators, and missions. I lead design of key features to increase boot-up success rates and reduce overall time and resources needed to deploy a vehicle. I rapidly designed and tested a dashboard for Operations team to easily manage their tasks in a quick iterative manner. Due to the technical complexity of the autonomous vehicle, I worked closely with engineering team and diverse stakeholders.
